What locations are supported?
Lab tests can only be done within the United States at the moment, excluding the states of New York, New Jersey, Hawaii, and Rhode Island. We hope to see expansion into New York and Canada in the next year or two.
Can I purchase labs for someone I know?
Each account on the Upgrade Labs Health Platform can only be used to purchase lab tests for one person (as many lab tests as you want, but for the same person). If you would like someone you know to have a lab test, it will need to be purchased through a separate account on the Upgrade Labs Platform.
How do I make a lab test appointment?
You can make an appointment at a Labcorp near you. At-home draws are no longer offered for new purchases.
What do I get as part of my membership on the Upgrade Labs Platform?
Memberships are no longer available for new purchase. If you already have a paid membership, you keep better pricing on lab packages and supplements.
How long will it take to see my results?
We will return results as they are available; however, due to the extensive nature of some of the panels included in our test packages, full results may take up to about two weeks to come back.
